PUPPY CONTRACT & BILL OF SALE

NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ARE MADE UNDER THIS CONTRACT EXCEPT AS STATED BELOW.
This contract applies only to the original puppy and the original buyer and is non transferable to a second party.
NO replacement puppy will be givin for any reason is the puppy has been bred.
Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs to and from seller premesis.
Seller agrees that the puppy is in good health and has received appropriate timely medical care including veterinary health exam and vaccines.
Seller shall not be responsible for any acts of the puppy once it leaves the seller premises.
Any surgeries performed on the puppy , including ear cropping resulting in death or incapacitating condition, responsibility is solely that of the buyer and the buyer alone.
Buyer understands that the puppy has been sold on a FULL AKC Registration with no limitations on breeding, however the seller makes no guarantees on the puppies ability to breed, conceive or fertility. Seller agrees the puppy is of good temperament at the time of transfer and therefore seller does not place any guarantee on temperament once it leaves the seller.
Seller guarantees the puppy is free of diseases or disabilities for 72 hours or 3 days after receipt of the puppy in which time buyer has 72 hours or 3 days after receipt of the puppy to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. Puppy may be returned for a full refund for reason of illness during this time period pending confirmation from (2) two unassociated veterinarians. Seller is not responsible for medical bills or transportation costs the buyer may incur. Should the puppy have an illness the buyer may obtain a full refund provided the registration papers are returned or replacement puppy from a current or future litter.
Should the puppy be diagnosed with a LIFE THREATENING genetic disorder( this does not pertain to injuries accidents or illness) within (1) one year from date of birth, only valid if buyer submits statemnts from (2) two unassociated veterinarians, notification of diagnosis within 24 hours to the seller, date record of all immunizations that were administered the buyer may obtain a replacement puppy from the seller, NO REFUNDS. Should the seller not have a litter available, the seller will provide a puppy from the next available litter.
